We attempt to take pictures which most accurately and fully depict the stone(s) you are buying. However, different
monitors display images differently and while we try to make sure that our pictures show the correct color on our
computer, sometimes the pictures may have a slightly different undertone or shade than the real-life emerald due to
lighting, our camera’s limitations, or different monitor settings. Please understand and if you have concerns, ask before
buying.
Color: we try to match the color of our gemstones and gold as best as possible. Due to different monitors, lighting, and
different camera settings, this can make each item vary in color. Purchasers must acknowledge that our natural gemstones
vary in color, texture, pattern, and clarity. Pictures are provided as a guide. We are not liable for the difference in color for
any of our items
Treatments: Our emeralds are 100% natural, earth mined gemstones unless stated otherwise. Emerald treatments can
range from no oil (natural), minor (natural), moderate (natural), significant (natural), these all fall within our natural
guidelines stated through professional judgment and opinions. You have the opportunity to take the stone(s)/piece to a
third-party laboratory for further analysis before purchasing for a more thorough and final evaluation of the quality /
enhancement for an additional charge. We are not liable for any type of treatment the gemstone possesses once out of our
facility as emeralds absorb oils and liquids which can alter or change enhancement gradings. While you have possession of
any item you are fully responsible for its value and care.
Clarity: our cameras are 2-10x magnified, if you see any imperfections online and are not present to the eye we are not
liable for any difference in clarity. We are not liable for color, texture, positioning, and clarity of a gemstone.
Prices: due to human error please expect our prices to change at any time. We may cancel an order at any time if the price is
incorrectly stated. A full refund will be issued immediately. We are not liable for any sudden price change or purchase
cancellation.
Measurements – although measured to the best of our ability these should be used as a reference and can slightly vary. Use
as an approximate. We are not liable for any measurement given on any of our items. Items that are in a bezel setting are
measurement based on complete approximation.

(Note: These Shipments are sent by express courier like FedEx, DHL, etc. and typically take 2-10 days to deliver)
What Shipping Options can I choose from?
As mentioned earlier, for orders above USD 15000, we offer Free Express Shipping Worldwide.
For orders below that value, you have an option to select from Postal Shipping (10-15 days) and Express Shipping (2-10
days). Both these options are highly subsidized by us. For example, Express Shipping to Canada costs only 150 USD . While
Express Shipping to Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland and some
other European Countries for only 230 USD
Please note that certain courier companies have restrictions on carrying certain types of natural gemstones and jewellery
outside India. For example: DHL may not carry gold jewellery, FedEx may refuse a certain type of natural gemstone, etc. For
such gemstones, the orders are dispatched from the next best courier, or through the alternate express shipper EMS SpeedPost which does not have such restrictions (takes upto 5-15 days to deliver). This usually affects a small number of orders
and courier policies may vary with time. Please feel free to contact our customer support team before placing your order to
know the situation at that time.
Note: Postal shipments in some cases may not be trackable online. All Express Shipments are trackable online
What about Custom Charges, Duties, etc.?
Please be advised that we are not responsible for any custom charges, duties, VAT, etc. that your country may be charging
as these vary from case-to-case and are beyond our reach. However, note that currently there is no import duty on loose
gemstones in the US, Canada and Europe. In other countries, this typically ranges around 1% only. Additionally, professional
buyers can also recover the VAT. You are advised to contact your local customs for any clarification. Additionally, feel free to
contact us, and we may in some cases have older experiences from customers to share.
Also, please note that for international orders that AFTER dispatch, are either refused by the customer, or cancelled, the
customer will be liable for all custom duties and VAT charged by their country, in order to return the items back to us. Only
after receipt of the item by us, any balance due to the customer, less all fees, custom duties and VAT, will be refunded to the
customer as per the refund timeline.
Can I track my shipment?
All our shipments can be tracked online. However, postal shipments to certain countries like Afghanistan, etc. may see a
delayed tracking. Note that all our express shipments are sent through reputed logistics carriers like FedEx and Aramex.
Do I need to show my identification to my local courier service for shipping?
In some countries, for high-value shipments, you will need to show a valid identification (Tax ID, social security number,
etc.) to your local courier service for customs clearance. We recommend sharing this information with your courier for a
smoother shopping experience.

3-Day Return Policy
Clients have a 3-Day return policy when purchasing loose stones. The stone must be in the same condition as originally
described, with no other harm or damage caused to the stone after shipment.

Returns and exchange details
Restocking Fee: Certain items have a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee is applicable to items that are being requested
for a refund without any defects to the item or items that have been put on hold for custom work or layaway.
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all merchandise with a 14-day return policy, for the full price of the item (as
long as the item is not altered or broken.) After 14 days, returns are no longer accepted. Shipping the item back to us is paid
by the buyer which chooses their preferred shipping method that must include signature confirmation. We are not responsible for the shipping cost of returned items. If the item is lost in transit to us, the buyer is fully responsible for this item, a
refund or exchange will not be given. Return items will be checked by us to confirm that they have been returned unworn,
undamged and in the same condition as they were sent. Following this, your payment will be refunded back to your original payment method
